Ar lan y môr - 2 bedroom cottage

Ar lan y môr* is an elevated two bedroom cottage with an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, plus bathroom, toilet, laundry and two decks. The front deck, main living area and front bedroom have superb views of the Freycinet Peninsula, Schouten and Maria Islands and Great Oyster Bay. The second bedroom and back deck look out over Great

Oyster Bay. It’s a gentle 10 minute walk down Oyster Bay Court and the waterfront track to Swanwick Beach. See map page for proximity to the rest of Coles Bay. Ar lan y môr is ideal for one or two couples or two friends requiring separate bedrooms. With queen beds, it has not been set up to cater for children.

  • The cottage is simply but stylishly and comfortably furnished.
  • The kitchen is well equipped for holiday cooking with new crockery, cutlery and utensils, a stove, microwave, coffee plunger, toaster, electric jug and of course a refrigerator.
  • Bedrooms have pillow top queen beds with quality bedding, electric blankets and clock radios. There’s even a choice of pillows.
  • In the bathroom you’ll find nice fluffy towels and a hair dryer.
  • Outdoor furniture is provided for the front deck.
  • A gas barbecue is stored under the house.
  • TV, DVD and radio/CD player in main living area.
  • Efficient winter heating.

Beachcomber House               

Beachcomber is an elevated two bedroom beach house with an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, plus bathroom/toilet and laundry. The deck and main living area have superb views over a clump of sheoaks to Great Oyster Bay and the ranges beyond. It’s a 5 minute walk down Oyster Bay Court and the waterfront track to Swanwick Beach. See map page for proximity to the rest of Coles Bay. Beachcomber is ideal for one or two couples, two friends requiring separate bedrooms or a couple with up to three children.

  • This modern house is of passive solar design with sturdy canvas blinds to control the sun’s entry depending on the season and the time of day.
  • It’s simply but comfortably furnished in a casual beachy style.
  • The kitchen is well equipped for holiday cooking with new crockery, cutlery and utensils. There’s a stove, microwave, toaster, electric jug and of course a refrigerator.
  • The main bedroom has a queen bed while in the second bedroom there's a double bed with a single bunk above it.
  • Bedrooms have quality linen, and electric blankets.
  • In the bathroom you’ll find basin and vanity, toilet, a shower over a bath, nice towels and a hair dryer.

Currawong

Currawong is a spacious double A frame 3 bedroom holiday house on a large corner block. A well grown hedge provides privacy. Secure  gates make the yard safe for small children and there’s enough room to play cricket or toss a frisbee. Bedrooms (each with their own balconies) are upstairs, as is the bathroom. Downstairs you will find a well equipped kitchen and a large comfortable lounge/ dining room. The laundry and a second toilet are off the back porch. A very large car port provides plenty of room to park a car and a boat. A gas barbecue and outdoor sitting areas are popular in summer. It’s a 10 minute walk down Oyster Bay Court and the waterfront track to Swanwick Beach. See map page for proximity to the rest of Coles Bay. The house is ideal for 3 couples or a family with up to 4 children.

El Tesoro - 3 bedroom house

Enjoy the peace and tranquillity of a secluded setting amongst native trees with views of Great Oyster Bay and Nine Mile Beach from El Tesoro*, a spacious open plan two storey family holiday home. It has an upper level with two main bedrooms, and a large open plan living area and a downstairs bedroom and lounge (an ideal child/ teenage retreat), making it suitable for a family travelling with say grandparents. A trundle bed and sofa bed downstairs mean that in total it can accommodate 9 people. It’s a gentle 5 minute walk down to Swanwick Beach and the Swan River estuary, perfect for swimming, beach fishing and bird watching.   • The top level has a child safe spacious deck with views to the Great Oyster bay and Nine Mile Beach, bathed in afternoon sun and capturing evening sunsets.
  • The back deck adjacent to the kitchen has a four burner gas BBQ with side burner.
  • The main bedroom has a queen bed and en suite and opens onto the front deck.
  • The second upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and is next to the main bathroom with toilet and opens onto the front deck.
  • The downstairs bedroom has a double bunk with a trundle bed. Next door in the downstairs lounge is a double sofa bed.

  • The dining area has a solid Tasmanian Oak table which can seat 14 people.
  • The kitchen is large with loads of bench space and storage, and is generously equipped with all new crockery and glassware, features modern stainless steel appliances including, stove and range hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee plunger, toaster, electric jug and sandwich press. An abundant supply of cooking utensils and cutlery. A wonderful feature of the kitchen is the large breakfast bar, seating four.
  • The upper level lounge room features open plan living, floor to ceiling windows and equipped with comfortable couches, CD/ DVD/ VCR player, a large screen LCD TV and DVD selection. This room opens out onto the main deck offering extensive views of Swanwick Beach and Nine Mile Beach.
  •  There’s an equally comfortable sitting room on the lower level which also has a large wall mounted flat screen Plasma TV. (Ideal for child/ teenage retreat).

Moana View

Moana View's owners have chosen to rent the house long term commencing 12 April 2012.

Moana View is a comfortable elevated 3 bedroom house on two levels, set well back from a quiet street. The top level has wonderful views south across Black Point, Great Oyster Bay, the Hazards, Mounts Graham and Freycinet, with Schouten and Maria Islands beyond. Our safe local beach is a gentle 10 minute walk along Oyster Bay Court and the waterfront track. Moana View is suitable for two couples travelling together or for a couple with up to 4 children.
