Cancellation Policy

Coles Bay is isolated and apart from the high holiday season when the whole world appears to want to come here, it is unlikely that we will be able to re-sell your booked room or house should you cancel at short notice. Our cancellation policy for each room or house booked is therefore:

• up to one month in advance - no charge;
• less than one month in advance - one night's accommodation;
• after your stay has commenced - full accommodation charge as booked;
• no show without any notification - full accommodation charge as booked.

Please think before you book as by booking you are committing to a firm business transaction. We recommend taking out travel insurance to cover the need to cancel due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances.
