At Sheoaks we have 3 rooms, all with ensuites.
No spas as we collect our own rainwater. Coles Bay’s
average rainfall is only 22 inches/year and we've had drought conditions for some years. One room has a queen
sized bed. The other two have split king beds, i.e. they can
be either 2 long single beds (twin) or one king sized bed.
Check
in time is 3.00pm and check out time is 10.00am unless
negotiated otherwise.
At Sheoaks the standard
tariff, listed on the rates page, includes accommodation and
a delicious cooked breakfast.
In the self catering
properties breakfast is not provided.
All properties have a 2 night minimum stay from 15 December till the end of January and again during the Easter 2009 period - i.e. 8 - 15 April.

Sheoaks is closed till Friday July 4.
We are taking a break, during which we will not have e-mail or phone access.
