At Sheoaks we have 3 rooms, all with ensuites. No spas as we collect our own rainwater. Coles Bay's average rainfall is only 22 inches/year and we have drought conditions frequently. One room has a queen sized bed. The other two have split king beds, i.e. they can be either 2 long single beds (twin) or one king sized bed.
At Sheoaks the standard tariff, listed on the rates page, includes accommodation and a delicious cooked breakfast.
In the 6 self catering properties breakfast is not provided.
Check in time for all properties is from 3.00pm till 6.00pm and check out time is between 8.30am and 10.00am.
A two night minimum stay applies from 12 December till the end of January, then again at Easter from 2 April - 15 April 2012.

We will check availability for you and reply promptly.
Whilst we will then ask for your credit card details as security, payment will not be required until you are here.
